- Judging: experts appointed by the Organizing Committee.
- Prize: the winners will be entitled with: a signed and stamped official Award plaque, the announcement of the achievement on the conference website and on IEEE Xplore.

- Eligibility: The eligible candidates for this award must satisfy the following requirements:
- Be young students aged no more than thirty as of October 27, 2025.
- Check checkbox during the final manuscript on EDAS.
- Be the first author and present their paper at IEEE RFID-TA 2025.
- Prepare a poster of the paper.
- Criteria: technical content, originality, potential impact on the field, quality of the presentation.
- Judging: experts appointed by the Organizing Committee.
- Prize: the winners will be entitled with: a signed and stamped official Award plaque, the announcement of the achievement on the conference website and on IEEE Xplore.
