• Eligibility: all accepted papers presented during the conference
• Criteria: technical content, originality, potential impact on the field, quality of the presentation.
• Judging: experts appointed by the Organizing Committee.
• Prize: the winners will be entitled with: a signed and stamped official Award plaque, the announcement of the achievement on the conference website and on IEEE Xplore.

This award recognizes the most outstanding paper written and presented by a student at 2025 IEEE RFID-TA Conference.

• Eligibility:  The eligible candidates for this award must satisfy the following requirements:
  • Be young students aged no more than thirty as of October 27, 2025.
  • Check checkbox during the final manuscript on EDAS.
  • Be the first author and present their paper at IEEE RFID-TA 2025.
  • Prepare a poster of the paper.
• Criteria: technical content, originality, potential impact on the field, quality of the presentation.
• Judging: experts appointed by the Organizing Committee.
• Prize: the winners will be entitled with: a signed and stamped official Award plaque, the announcement of the achievement on the conference website and on IEEE Xplore.
